About Us
The Forbidden Voice is a literary initiative that forms a vital part of a broader mission to highlight the plight of Hindus as a society across the globe. It seeks to raise peaceful awareness about the rising tide of racism and violence against Hindus of different castes, genders and political ideologies, often fueled by malicious misinformation and propaganda. Through powerful storytelling and thought-provoking narratives, it aims to challenge these falsehoods and bring truth to light. This initiative serves as a voice for the unheard and a shield against the erasure of Hindu identity. Ultimately, The Forbidden Voice strives to foster understanding, justice, and cultural preservation through the power of literature.
How is the voice of Hindus forbidden to reach the masses?
The worldwide Hindu community often faces discrimination, honor killings, and forced conversions. In some cases, even fundamental human rights are denied to them. While global bodies that are supposed to protect human rights for all often show a prejudiced bias when dealing with atrocities against Hindus.
For example, the UN will immediately issue a report or raise concerns if a mosque is destroyed or religious violence affects Muslims or Christians. However, we do not see similar enthusiasm when places of worship of Buddhists, Jains, or Sikhs are attacked.
In short, while international organizations swiftly condemn attacks on mosques and churches, they remain silent when Hindu temples are desecrated, or Hindus face discrimination and violence. The global Hindu community lacks a strong collective voice to challenge these biases. The forbidden voice aims to solve this issue.
Learning from other communities
The Jewish and Christian community has successfully educated and united their people across business and corporate sectors. A Jewish business or firm will vigorously defend and support their community. Jewish employers openly stand by their people, even boycotting hiring in anti-Semitic environments.
Unfortunately, similar awareness is lacking in Hindu masses. While the rural, lower-class Hindus proudly embrace their culture, the so-called educated middle and upper-class Hindus often fall prey to leftist agendas or are ashamed of their identity. The media plays a significant role by hiding biases and suppressing information when Hindus are persecuted. We aim to throw light on this issue.
What exactly will the Forbidden Voice Articles achieve?
The Forbidden Voice seeks to debunk false narratives and bring the unheard voice of Hindus in a centrist, humble way. We want to demonstrate that the unheard voice of Hindus exists and must bee heard by the world. We are that voice, The Forbidden Voice.
